Summary: Recruits, interviews, and evaluates job candidates for various client openings, extending offers based on qualifications. Manages field employee workforce, resolves client issues, and ensures operational efficiency. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop recruiting strategies and processes. Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and extend job offers. Manage field employees, including counseling and terminations. Fill job orders promptly and conduct quality checks. Adjust field employees' pay rates as needed. Act as primary client liaison, troubleshoot issues, and ensure satisfaction. Evaluate market needs and preferences. Maintain thorough documentation of all transactions. Generate new business through client service calls. Participate in after-hours on-call responsibilities. Coordinate communications with applicants. Maintain employment records for future reference. Ensure punctual arrival of associates at client sites. Verify deliveries as necessary.
