Quatrro Business Support Services is hiring a Senior HR Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position with a remote work schedule. Candidates based out of the Chicago area are required for occasional client visits. The compensation is between $80-95K annually. (Please DO NOT apply to this position if you are not agreeable with that range) This is a "roll up your sleeves," deep-in-the-trenches role that supports managing all internal operational aspects and external client priorities. The position requires strong proven generalist experience in human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, leaves, HR systems, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance. The position is remote with required client site visits and onsite support. Required Skills/Abilities: Effectively support managing all Human Resources functions Inform and mentor generalist performance with observation and feedback Manage, track, and resolve escalated generalist and client issues Resolve escalated employee questions promptly Partner with AVP of HR Client Services and HR Directors to execute team talent strategy, recruiting, retention, and succession planning Responsible for leading research, implementation, and enforcement of new or updated policies that comply with ever-changing federal, state, and local laws and regulations Serve as Project Manager for the Trello tool: ensure work is completed on time and that the tool is utilized efficiently & effectively Manage client email flow and daily administrative workflow for client sites Manage client systems and reporting Lead proactive internal audits of client files to ensure best practices are being followed Lead quality assurance of offer letters Function as generalist when backup is needed or gaps present Support the talent acquisition process, which may include interviewing and hiring of qualified job applicants for customer-facing and professional roles; collaborate with Talent Acquisition to understand skills and competencies required for openings Conduct background checks, complete verifications, validate I-9s, administer leaves and benefits, lead annual open enrollments, and investigations, update HRIS with status and compensation changes Interpret CBA and handbook policies Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required A minimum of one year of human resource generalist experience in a fast-paced, high-growth consultant company successfully managing a diverse client portfolio, and one year of human resource management experience preferred K-12 education HR support experience desired Experience with IL Department of Child and Family Services, IL Department of Human Resources, SAMHSA, EEO and local, state and federal funding reporting and audit processes is highly desired SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR is highly desired Quatrro utilizes best practices to streamline labor-intensive processes by standardizing, optimizing, and automating the business for improved insights.
