Job Description Education & Experience Required: • Bachelors in an Engineering Field • 5 to 10 years experience. Technical Skills (Required) • Microsoft Office • Problem Solving (Desired) • Minitab Soft Skills (Required) • Able to facilitate small team in the 8D problem solving process. • Good Communication Skill (Desired) • Able to communicate with a diverse mix of employees, both management and shop floor.
