Job Description Education & Experience Required: • Bachelors in an Engineering Field • 5 to 10 years experience. Technical Skills (Required) • Microsoft Office • Problem Solving (Desired) • Minitab Soft Skills (Required) • Able to facilitate small team in the 8D problem solving process. • Good Communication Skill (Desired) • Able to communicate with a diverse mix of employees, both management and shop floor. Position's Contributions to Work Group: • Internal Quality- Fabrications/Machining • Work with the Small Business Team to lead and improve internal Quality Typical task breakdown: • Analyze Scrap and Rework Data • Lead internal 8D Problem Resolution • Assist with containment of Supplier Quality Non-Conformances Interaction with team: • Works with Section Manager, Manufacturing Engineer and Team Lead • Interacts with Assembly Technicians on shop floor Work environment: • Office and Shop Floor • Small Team **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here .
