Marketing Assistant

Job Description Make & Model Marketing is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team. This position involves providing valuable assistance to the company Co-Founders and Account Manager by performing a variety of digital marketing-related tasks. The ideal candidate would have a great attention to detail, be enthusiastic about digital marketing, and be willing to learn about the automotive industry. This position is a full-time, in-office position with room for advancement .   RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE ASSISTING WITH: Creating monthly reports containing key performance information from Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools Adding special offers such as new car sales offers and service & parts specials to client websites Submitting graphics from our design & development team to car manufacturer compliance departments for approval Preparing email marketing copy and general layout guidelines for the design and development team Preparing and submitting documents electronically to car manufacturer advertising co-op programs And other administrative tasks REQUIREMENTS: Great attention to detail Ability to multi-task Ability to keep track of deadlines Proficient with MS Office and Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc. Basic understanding of digital marketing Good copy writing skills Ability to work well with our various teams BENEFITS OF WORKING AT MAKE & MODEL MARKETING Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Simple IRA + Matching Opportunity Vacation & Personal Days Paid Holidays Continuous Training Opportunities Company Description Make & Model Marketing is an automotive digital marketing agency here to help you navigate the ever-changing world of digital marketing.
