LICSW-School System Full or Part Time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) needed in picturesque New Hampshire. Desirable opportunity, needed in the school system. Current LICSW with 3+ years of professional related experience. Graduate of an accredited Social Work program. You will be responsible for evaluating, writing, monitoring, and coordinating behavior management plans with the clinical team in support of and consist with direct patient care. Requirements: Current LICSW 3+ years of professional related experience Communicate effectively, make critical decisions and demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care. Responsibilities: Works directly in treatment relationship with patients and families, individually or in groups in the School System Ensure service quality and participate in care coordination to ensure proper communication between clinical associates, patients, and referral sources Participate in performance improvement activities Maintain current practice knowledge Investigates case situations and presents information to Physicians and other members of the health team, on patient's family and social background pertinent to diagnosis and treatment For additional information on this permanent Mental Health role or other permanent healthcare positions, forward over your resume for consideration.
