Description Key Accountabilities Include * Manage digital content marketing plans and social initiatives * Ensure cross-channel plans align with brand and business goals * Expand social commerce efforts via organic channels * Ensure optimization of campaigns and initiatives * Ensure digital campaigns to drive value to customers within each stage of the purchase funnel * Ensure KPI's are being met or exceeded across social and blog Primary Responsibilities Include * Lead reporting activities, providing connected data stories * Socialize and reinforce organic social and blog best practices * Inform creative execution through audit analysis and benchmarking, making recommendations for the creative brief * Develop and implement SEO recommendations to inform organic plans * Manage digital workflows across social and blog Core Functional Competencies * Analytics - Marketing: Use data to inform marketing strategy and activities * Creative Strategy: Determine a course of action to develop creative assets * Data Reporting & Dashboard Management: Dissemination of internal and external data in structured formats for analysis * Data Storytelling: Practice of building a compelling narrative around a set of data and its accompanying visualizations to convey meaning * Digital Media Management: Synthesize all components of a digital marketing campaign across platforms * Marketing Strategy Development: Select a course of action to achieve marketing goals * Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Increase quality and quantity of website traffic and brand exposure through organic, non-paid search engine results Core Behavioral Competencies * Yamaha Way (Will, Integrity, Initiative, Challenge, Commitment) * Customer Focus * Decision Quality * Plans and Aligns * Collaborates * Self-Development * Situational Adaptability Qualifications Ideal * Demonstrated success working in social media for a brand or agency * Demonstrated success in the development and implementation of comprehensive cross-platform SEO and organic growth strategies. * Demonstrated success working cross-functionally in a highly matrixed organization. * Experience with digital platforms including WordPress with demonstrated success leveraging native tools, features, and functions. * Proficient with GA4 and Enterprise SMM Tools (Spriklr, Sprout Social). * Experience with project management tools like Workfront or other enterprise level tools. * Demonstrated success staying abreast of new tools, plugins and tactics to improve ranking, clickthrough and retention. This is the hiring range and does not include bonus potential or the value of benefits. The hiring range does not reflect total earning potential over time. Final offers within the posted compensation range are based on qualifications, skills and experience required for the role.
