Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities: Sell to and expand our service offerings with existing and new clients in our target markets of Insurance Companies, Law Firms and Manufacturers Responsible for increasing market share by proactively prospecting, pursuing and closing new business Manage multiple client relationships and engagements including addressing any client issues Develop and solidify long-term business relationships and partnerships Proactively seek new clients that align with our target customer profiles Attend industry trade shows and seminars Assist with integrating diverse personalities in a fast-paced environment Develop and execute a sales plan that results in new client revenues Build relationships with key decision-makers of targeted prospects Assist with addressing any client complaints or concerns Ability to accept and integrate constructive feedback into job performance Regular and predictable presence at work Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree Minimum of five (5) years of outside sales experience in a service industry Business development and relationship management experience in a professional environment Must have strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, relationship management & time management skills Willingness to travel regionally and nationwide Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Outlook Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Physical Requirements: Ability to travel 35% of the time, mostly by car Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues Ability to lift 40 lbs.
