We are seeking an innovative and strategic-minded Caregiver Engagement Strategy & Marketing Manager to join our team. This role focuses on developing and implementing marketing-driven strategies to enhance caregiver engagement within our health plan offerings. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with health plan client marketing teams to design and execute impactful campaigns, programs, and digital resources that promote caregiver well-being, increase awareness of available services, and optimize the caregiver experience with our health plan. You Will: Engagement Strategy Development: Design and lead caregiver engagement strategies that leverage marketing techniques to reach, inform, and support caregivers within our health plan client's membership. Identify and analyze caregiver needs, preferences, and behaviors to inform targeted engagement approaches. Partner with health plan client marketing teams to align engagement initiatives with broader health plan goals and caregiver priorities. Marketing Campaign Design and Execution: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (including email, social media,digital, or direct mail) to increase caregiver awareness and participation in available services. Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content and materials that communicate the benefits and resources available to caregivers. Design campaigns with measurable KPIs in mind. Utilize data analytics to track the effectiveness of campaigns, refine strategies, and report on key metrics such as engagement levels, participation rates, and caregiver satisfaction. Content Creation and Resource Development: Create and oversee the production of caregiver-focused marketing materials, including newsletters, blog posts, infographics, and informational videos. Collaborate with internal and external partners to produce compelling content that resonates with caregivers and enhances their engagement. Collaborative Program Management: Work closely with health plan teams to integrate caregiver engagement strategies into existing health plan programs, ensuring alignment and consistency. Identify partnership opportunities with community organizations and external stakeholders to expand resource availability for caregivers. Act as a liaison between marketing teams, program developers, and other internal departments to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive caregiver support strategy. Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze engagement metrics, such as campaign reach, caregiver participation, and feedback. Generate insights from data to continuously optimize marketing approaches and engagement strategies. Present regular updates to leadership on campaign performance, caregiver satisfaction, and other key performance indicators. You Have: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Health Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, caregiver support, or a related field, with a focus on strategy development and campaign management. Demonstrated experience in creating and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and engagement programs. Strong understanding of caregiver needs, challenges, and healthcare systems. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, content management systems, and data analytics software. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content. Marketing Expertise: Deep knowledge of marketing best practices, campaign management, and analytics. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in creating engaging, accessible content. Collaboration: Effective at building partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance engagement efforts.
