Description We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team at CarQuest. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, generating sales leads, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record in sales. POSITION SUMMARY The Business Development Rep builds the sales of the CarQuest company by developing a rapport with the existing customer base, both commercial and retail, as well as finding new customers, both commercial and retail. Candidate does this by continual follow-up, phone calls, personal visits, and cold calling new business potential customers. It requires excellent communication and the desire for personal and professional growth. Providing excellent customer service is priority number one. You will partner with the store team to execute at a high level to achieve all sales targets and KPIs. This can be a fast-paced position where no two days are the same.
