An established full-service wealth management firm with over $1B in AUM seeks a client-facing Analyst to support the construction and ongoing management of client portfolios and financial plans. This role reports to the Branch Manager and requires three days in the office per week. The position offers growth opportunities, including the potential to take on direct portfolio management responsibilities and advance to a lead role in individual client relationships. Responsibilities : Cultivate and strengthen client relationships, serving as a key point of contact Provide top-tier service to high-net-worth clients and foundations, aiding in their financial objectives Focus on security analysis, trading, client communication, and maintaining client relationships Monitor client financial situations meticulously, handling portfolio transactions and inquiries Develop and implement tailored financial plans, conducting complex research and analysis Support existing clients through portfolio management and personalized service models Maintain and update client databases and financial plans Conduct research using various financial software tools Prepare detailed portfolio reviews and client presentations Stay updated on tax regulations and industry trends Assess client risk tolerance and develop risk minimization strategies Ensure compliance with FINRA/SEC regulations and firm policies Communicate directly with clients to address account requests and concerns Maintain and organize client files, CRM Redtail notes, and documentation Complete data entry for MoneyGuidePro plans Take initiative in career growth by enrolling in Google Classroom courses and provided development opportunities Utilize DocuSign and DocuPace for form signature, distribution, and documentation Organize client files and documentation, maintaining accurate records Collaborate with Marketing on financial professional strategies Assist with administrative tasks and support team morale Requirements : Bachelor's degree preferably in business or finance 3+ years of experience in Financial Services Series 7 and 63, 65 or 66 licenses Preferred: CFA, CFP Designation (reimbursement program eligible), or desire to enroll in certification Desired experience with Advent (strong plus), Addepar, Redtail, RBC, and MoneyGuidePro Proficiency in financial planning, portfolio management, and fiduciary investing concepts Experience with financial planning software and Microsoft Office/G Suite Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently/collaboratively, inquisitive, and internally motivated
