***This job is located in Blue Ash Ohio, a suburb of Cincinnati. In order to perform all the functions necessary, the ideal employee will be able to work within the Cincinnati Metro area by car or phone. This is a HYBRID position where you can work from home but will be needed in town for face-to-face meetings. We are seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for obtaining, scheduling appointments with potential clients and maintaining. The Sales Manager will work closely with the director of sales to ensure that all appointments are scheduled in a timely and efficient manner. The Job Overview The Outside Sales Manager role at Image One Facility Solutions-Cincinnati is a pay-per-appointment remote position responsible for identifying potential clients through phone, internet, or walk-in methods. You generate a lead who's interested enough to book a real appointment. The director of sales will take it from there to close the deal. Think of yourself as a high-end matchmaker in the commercial janitorial business world. Your job? Finding prospects who are actually ready and willing to sit down with us. When that match happens, you get paid. Responsibilities Below are some of the responsibilities an appointment setter is expected to assume: Take the initiative to learn about Image One and grow within the role Make site visits and outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments Prioritize which appointments take priority over others to maximize revenue Follow up with potential clients to confirm appointments Demonstrate a pleasant disposition with each prospect Properly explain the products and services to prospective customers when making appointments Complete required call sheets at the end of each day and collaborate with the director of sales to ensure that all appointments are scheduled in a timely and efficient manner Job Qualifications and Skill Sets Below are the qualifications and skills that are expected of an appointment setter: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, college preferred. A track record of employment related to this position will be considered in lieu of degree. Experience in Sales required (The ideal Appointment Setter will have at least some experience in telemarketing, customer service or inside/outside B2B sales) Clean driving record with the ability to drive around the Cincinnati Metro area to meet with prospective appointments Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate services or products to potential clients Advanced sales and negotiation skills to persuade potential clients to schedule an appointment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong interpersonal skills to deal with various types of personalities Professionalism and courteousness to create a positive customer experience Must be able to work independently using Microsoft Office Suite Experience and willingness to work in a team environment Excellent organization skills Hours Monday - Friday 8am-5pm flexible based on performance Compensation You get paid for each qualified appointment you schedule. If the client signs with Image One, you will get an additional bonus. When you reach 10, 15, 20 scheduled appointments per month, an additional bonus will be given.
