Responsibilities: Partners with the leadership team to develop and execute Annual and Long-Range Plans based on an in-depth understanding of business and operations. Develops the vision, strategic plan, and annual tactics in collaboration with leadership to drive an optimized global sales and business development strategy. Identifies new opportunities for growth in strategic industry segments including opportunities for market expansion and new product innovation. Collaborate with the Exsurco Medical sales and management teams in implementing key commercial programs to seek incremental growth. Innovation: by bringing a steady stream of new ideas for new product introduction, line extensions, enhancements, or productivity by applying market, customer, industry, application, and technical knowledge and is aligned to the organization's strategic direction. Cross regional coordination and management of all inbound opportunities from presales to won stage. The GBDM will leads global sales opportunities for acquisition and the retention of customers. The GBDM develops global customer solutions across country, regional and global virtual teams. This role supports global sales navigating through complex negotiations, collaborates across functions and analyzes competition. Provide global expertise resource for sales managers and global account managers to drive senior level customer engagements and sales. Actively supports the account team with input re: sales strategy and solutions. Proactively delivers and presents customer solutions across a global platform. Builds and maintains strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor through the sales cycle, leads complex negotiations. Manages the global governance process to ensure the offered global solution has internal cross region global agreement. Play a supporting role in new product introduction (NPI) development program from planning, execution to launches by collaborating with cross functional stakeholders and through our common product development process and agile process. Meet organization and global business unit objectives, including financial performance. Interact with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning critical functional areas, divisions, and/or customers. Open to receiving and sharing of new ideas. Manage multiple priorities and relentlessly prioritize.
