We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to grow along with our company, and to be a part of the culture that puts its people first! The Human Resources Manager excels at building relationships and works alongside company leadership to help lead our organization's culture. The Human Resources Manager reports to the Human Resources Director and leads recruiting, hiring and onboarding, oversees training needs, navigates employee relations issues, facilitates open enrollment, oversees the review process and manages all HRIS. The Human Resources Manager has a deep passion for people and drives employee engagement which includes surveys, events and celebrations. Qualifications: Responsiblities Include: Manage the recruitment and selection process: full-cycle management and ATS. Ensure job descriptions are current and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations. Manage and maintain all leave of absence accordingly, ie. FMLA, Intermittent FMLA, Workers Comp, Unpaid personal LOA, etc. Facilitate, maintain and track Pyramid and Hilton required trainings. Ensure all new hires and associates meet the Company's 30/60/90 day required trainings, annual trainings, and training initiatives. Assist director of HR with employee relations issues when necessary. Act as the liaison between the HR department and employees, providing excellent service and hospitality to everyone. Maintain and utlize the Company's HRIS to meet associate onboarding policies and procedures, includes pre-employment process (background screenings, drug tests). Develope and facilitate orientation for all new hires. Assist in performance management processes. Assist and manage open enrollment, serve as a resource for associate questions related to benefits. Facilitate employee engagement surveys, activities and events including company-wide initiatives. Build strong relationships with leadership and associates serving as a culture champion. Manage Employee Engagement (CARE Rally's, Blue Energy Meetings). Attend quarterly Safety Inspections. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned. Qualifications 3-5 years of HR experience Required Union Experience is a plus Workday Experience is a plus iCIMS Experience is a plus Hotel Industry Experience a plus
