Good Sam is seeking a Product Manager on the Member Services team to help drive customer lifetime value via helping customers discover and engage in the best travel-focused, customer centric digital ecosystems responsible for connecting customers with best-in-class travel experiences as well as ensuring peace of mind coverage along the journey! This is an exciting opportunity to brainstorm ways to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention; methodically test and evaluate those ideas, and ultimately scale the best customer-experiences to millions of travel conscious consumers! This position is hybrid out of our Lincolnshire, IL offices or downtown Chicago, IL offices. Remote candidates will be considered with up to 25% travel. **What You'll Do:** + Conducts market research and digital strategies to drive innovation and maintain market leadership. + Define user experience, gather requirements, and evaluate feature performance for continuous iteration. + Lead discovery sessions to write detailed requirements and assist in the strategy development of new digital experiences. + Maintains and communicates strategic product roadmaps across multiple product workstreams. + Manages the entire product life cycle from discovery, creation, operation, and end of life planning. + Prioritizes product lines and initiatives based on consumer and business impact. + Communicates to executive stakeholders on product strategy, execution, and performance. + Coordinates and builds strong working relations with various internal stakeholder groups, including IT, Engineering, Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, and Legal. + Create robust requirements and program specification documentation, including high-level system diagrams, use cases, data flow diagrams, process maps, mock-ups, and other key project resources. + Ensure clear communication and handover of requirements to development teams and maintain ongoing business engagement throughout the project lifecycle. + Provide industry expertise to address complex digital challenges and make strategic decisions to achieve program goals. + Leverage data, customer research, and competitive analysis to support and refine product ideas. + Communicate product objectives, goals, and scope effectively within the digital team and across the organization to ensure alignment and clarity. **Whats Needed For Success:** + 5+ years of product management experience in ecommerce or digital solutions. + Data driven, strategic decision making. + Inspirational leadership, challenging teams to be creative and innovative about problem solving. + Strong product leadership skills that have others seeking your guidance. + An advocate for the consumer who is both strategic and invested in the details. + Strong communication skills both as a writer and presenter. + An agile champion with strong knowledge of agile principles. **Nice To Haves:** + Experience working in an enterprise product environment. + Experience with acquisition strategy. + Experience with retention strategy. + Experience with CRM technology. **Pay Range:** $89,565.00-$134,295.00 Annual In addition to competitive pay, we offer Paid Time Off, 401(k), an Employee Assistance Program, Good Sam Roadside Assistance, discounts, paid parental leave (if eligibility is met), Tuition Reimbursement (if eligibility is met), and on the job training opportunities.
