This Opportunity: Palladium is in search of a Director, Management Information Systems (MIS) (hire is contingent upon contract award) to join our Supply Chain Management (SCM) portfolio. This person will be responsible for the oversight, maintenance, and continuous refinement of supply chain management technology platform. SCM is a dynamic community of practice with talented colleagues working toward the goal of providing unmatched service delivery with unprecedented levels of visibility, accountability, and data to drive decision making, while enabling local logistics ecosystems to grow and mature. Location and Compensation: The position is based in Palladium's Washington D.C. office. For our prospective employees in the United States, please note that the full-time equivalent annual base salary for this position is expected to range from $122,000 to $190,000 and successful candidates may also be eligible for additional, variable incentive compensation dependent on the role. For part-time employees, the salary will be prorated based on the actual number of hours worked. Reporting and Supervision: This role will report directly to the Project Director This role will oversee the MIS team Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Support and advise the Team Leads across the portfolio in the achievement of all supply chain technology strategies and goals Enhance and Optimize Supply Chain MIS system Advise on and provide process and systematic improvements that support integration and interoperability of relevant systems Provide data assurance and data quality oversight and operational management of the MIS Enhance, develop and optimize standard operating procedures for MIS, WMIS, LMIS, and CMS, as well as other relevant systems in the supply chain ecosystem Work with subcontractors and project stakeholders to assure smooth operations across information systems Lead the onboarding, integration, and oversight of external stakeholders' information systems across the healthcare value chain Provide system application and troubleshooting/problem solving Define requirements for MIS implementation which will enable global and in-country operational effectiveness Essential Criteria: Extensive experience managing global supply chain information systems Demonstrated strong understanding and proven within cloud-based PAAS and SAAS environment Demonstrated strong understanding and proven experience with data integration, interoperability, and governance Strong management abilities and demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity Experience working for USAID programs preferred People management experience, including setting clear performance objectives, managing for results, giving and receiving feedback, performance evaluation and mentoring/coaching staff Commitment to Palladium's vision, mission, and values Equity, Diversity & Inclusion - Palladium is committed to embedding equity, diversity, and inclusion into everything we do.
