Director of eCommerce

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of E-Commerce to spearhead our client's online retail operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving digital growth and optimizing online sales channels in the retail sector.  Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to maximize revenue and profitability Oversee the day-to-day management of our online store, ensuring seamless user experience and operational efficiency Lead cross-functional teams to align e-commerce initiatives with broader business objectives Analyze key performance indicators and market trends to inform data-driven decisions Spearhead innovative digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversions Optimize product presentation and site navigation to enhance customer engagement Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain robust e-commerce platforms Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers Develop and monitor e-commerce budgets and forecasts Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices Qualifications: Proven experience in a senior e-commerce role within the retail industry Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in e-commerce and digital retail Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and analytics tools Outstanding leadership and team management abilities Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives The successful candidate will be a forward-thinking leader capable of driving a brand's online presence to new heights in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
