Join our rapidly growing organization serving over 50,000 patients annually and unlock new frontiers in healing and hope In this role, you will: Create & Maintain Schedules for all clinical/non-clinical employees Clinical Staff (RN, LPN, Chemo Tech, Medical Assistants Floor & Lab) Administrative Staff (Receptionist) Approval/Denial of all Clinical/Non-Clinical PTO (Personal Time Off) requests Receive & handle practice call outs, during and after standard hours including weekends. Liaison for Clinical/Non-Clinical/Accounting communication between executives Process Payroll Time keeping PTO entry Review for accuracy of timecards for all hourly employees Control Overtime in the practice Time punch errors Recommends new hires, promotions, termination & transfers for the purpose of maintaining staff needs & productivity of the workforce. Enforces policy and procedures in regards to attendance/staffing Counsel employees regarding attendance, punctuality, employee conduct & work rules Collaborate with Regional Directors & Chief Officers to accommodate staffing needs practice wide Daily review of patient numbers to ensure adequately staffed offices for maximum patient care We require: Ability to use Microsoft Office & Google Drive efficiently and effectively. Other basic skills include, excellent writing skills, professional communication skills with all department levels, detail oriented, multitasking, and flexibility. Bachelor's degree preferred Hours: Monday-Friday, 6am start, some weekend requirements Salary up to $91,600/year based on experience.
