The primary purpose of this role is to support the Regional Director in the coaching and training of district sales, operations and administrative teams to ensure timely and accurate work is processed to realize revenue and the appropriate payout of colleague commissions. This position will also act as the point of contact for national and large local commercial accounts that require special billing and enhanced customer service. This position will also ensure company and governmental standards are met with respect to revenue recognition, payroll, termite reporting, rate card compliance, customer retention and service delivery. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Provide overall support to the Regional Director and District Management Audit various sales and operations' reports to ensure the timely posting of work orders and sales. Coordinate, attend and participate in regional meetings and events. Work closely with district termite administration to support the process of lead management. Audit district sales process and RSS SOLD invites for completeness, payment and rate card/margin compliance. Ensure specialist licensing is current and manage CPO licenses in all states. Partner with Payroll in the processing of prevailing wage and the facilitation of certified payroll. Support national account ancillary sales and service via the coordination of district management and the national accounts team with regard to inspections, reports, pricing, and other regulatory requirements. Maintain and evaluate Fleet data and compliance utilizing fleet platforms to include, but not limited to vehicle registration, insurance certificates, preparation/service/repair/maintenance and auction/transfer of vehicles. Drive the onboarding process for new colleagues utilizing Rentokil's World Class onboarding guidelines and act as the point of contact for new hires, coaching and training as needed. Support commercial accounts and provide guidance to district teams on data requirements, reporting and administrative protocol. Attend and participate in ONGUARD weekly calls with districts and manage local billing accounts as necessary. Handle confidential customer and colleague information with discretion. Respond to billing questions from Inside Sales Representatives and customers. Ensure appropriate follow up on residential campaigns. Teach and train district management and administrative personnel to reduce customer inquiry resolution time. Provide training and coaching for districts at the direction of the Regional Director or as the needs of the business dictate. Support, coach and train managers and colleagues on the region's operating platform. Identify patterns or training gaps and make recommendations for operations and sales improvements to District and Regional Management. Other duties as assigned. What do you need? High School Diploma or GED required 3 to 5 years of customer service and administrative experience is required College level coursework in business, accounting or statistical analysis preferred Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to collaborate with others under time sensitive conditions Excellent administrative and organizational skills to support multiple districts Knowledge of computers, ideally with Google and Microsoft software programs Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Experience with PestPac operating platform ideal 10% travel time may be necessary Office environment with occasional driving as needed Must pass pre-employment background screen Must possess a valid driver's license Qualifications Why Choose Rentokil?
