Work with the Head of US Intermediaries and other team members to manage, build, and maintain existing client relationships in the U.S. for the four distinct sub-markets, including Subadvisory, Offshore, Global Financial Institutions, and Alternatives Investors. Drive business growth for the U.S. Intermediaries team through existing and new relationships and raise assets to contribute to the team's commercial targets. Lead business development efforts and maintain ongoing relationships with existing investors and prospects for the Alternatives range. Act as a critical link in client coordination matters and ensure that clients receive a high standard of service and communication. Maintain internal relationships with several teams, including Operations, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and Reporting. Assist the Head of U.S. Intermediaries with strategic initiatives and the creation of formal business plans. Work with U.S. sub advisory mandates; sourcing deals, pitching, due-diligence, requests for proposal (RFP), term negotiations, closings, and board approvals; U.S. offshore platform gatekeepers to onboard European-domiciled UCITS funds; sales of European-domiciled UCITS funds to U.S. offshore financial advisors; European-domiciled UCITS fund regime's regulatory framework, including agreements signing, AML KYC documentation and KYD due-diligence processes; operational processes of delivering European-domiciled UCITS funds to U.S. offshore clients through the NSCC platform; running client events and conference sponsorship in the U.S. offshore industry; manager research teams focused on global private banks to execute complete Luxembourg UCITS fund onboarding processes, including RFP, due diligence, finals pitch, share class set up, and fund onboarding; alternative investment strategies and fund vehicles, including hedge funds, real estate and private equity; and operational due-diligence processes for European-domiciled UCITS hedge funds.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field of study, plus two (2) years of experience with U.S. sub advisory mandates; sourcing deals, pitching, due-diligence, requests for proposal (RFP), term negotiations, closings, and board approvals; U.S. offshore platform gatekeepers to onboard European-domiciled UCITS funds; sales of European-domiciled UCITS funds to U.S. offshore financial advisors; European-domiciled UCITS fund regime's regulatory framework, including agreements signing, AML KYC documentation and KYD due-diligence processes; operational processes of delivering European-domiciled UCITS funds to U.S. offshore clients through the NSCC platform; running client events and conference sponsorship in the U.S. offshore industry; manager research teams focused on global private banks to execute complete Luxembourg UCITS fund onboarding processes, including RFP, due diligence, finals pitch, share class set up, and fund onboarding; alternative investment strategies and fund vehicles, including hedge funds, real estate and private equity; and operational due-diligence processes for European-domiciled UCITS hedge funds.
