Overview Position: Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist Status: Full Time or Part time Location: NovaCare Hagerstown, MD Salary: starting at $80,000 Bonus: Up to $10,000 and/or indefinite student loan help At NovaCare Hagerstown, every physical therapist's journey becomes a testament to excellence, innovation, and life-changing patient care. NovaCare Hagerstown welcomes physical therapists of all experience levels. We are able to offer onsite mentorship for new graduate physical therapists. We treat a diverse caseload of teens through geriatrics. We offer a robust list of specialty services which include; neuro, vestibular, concussion, prosthetics & orthotics, sports medicine, oncology (ReVital), industrial (FCEs, POETs, etc.), fall prevention, dry needling and an ACL program. Schedule: Full time: 32- 40 hour work week with two evenings treating until 630pm. Last patient is scheduled an hour prior. Part time: Consider patient continuity with a steady availability that will include some evenings. Complete and maintain all corporate & clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations. Evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients for whom physical therapy is medically necessary and document this need clearly. Maintain open and respectful communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors at all times. Attend and/or participate in facility meetings as directed by the center manager.
