WHAT YOU'LL DO: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Operations Lead to join our Finance Operations team. This role is crucial for supporting the efficient management of our financial operations and ensuring the integrity of our financial processes. This position involves a mix of strategic planning, financial analysis, and operational tasks aimed at enhancing financial performance and compliance. THE SCHEDULE: This is a full time in office-based role. ESSENTIAL DUTIES A ND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in the preparation and timely delivery of customer invoices. Investigate and resolve systems issues impacting the delivery of accurate invoices to customers. Conduct financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Contribute to the development of strategic recommendations based on financial data. Support the implementation and maintenance of financial policies and procedures. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance financial operations. Assist in maintaining strong internal controls and support audit activities. Help identify and mitigate financial risks through effective control measures. Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives. WHAT YOU'LL BRING: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance operations or a related field. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and best practices. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
