What you'll be signing up for: ConnectUs ( is seeking an experienced Warehouse Distribution & Operations Leader that is entrepreneurial and a self-starter. This person will bring more efficient solutions to the overall company, which will pave the way for exponential growth. Reporting to the President, this person will be responsible for leading our warehouse and sales operations teams and work hand-in-hand with all departments to ensure successful receipt and shipment of orders in a very fast paced environment. Challenges include building out and establishing new teams for our warehouse facility, process creation, improvement and implementation, introduction of new technology & information systems, implementing MBOs, and more. This person will be able to produce timely results that are high quality and accurate. This job requires imagination and strong problem solving skills, with a strong technical orientation. Intellectual confidence is important in this job and to do it well requires close, hands-on involvement, careful follow-up and very disciplined delegation while ensuring accountability. What you'll be responsible for Reporting to the President, the Director of Warehouse Distribution & Operations will have the overall responsibility for all warehousing activities for our King of Prussia, PA location. Defining "Best Methods" to refine the layout, flow, and material management to enhance operational efficiency across warehouse department job functions. Standardizing and implementing 'Lean' processes that are repeatable and scalable Implementation of Standard Work, 5S, Kanban, and continuous improvement methodologies into cross-operational departments. Owning the customer experience. You will think and act in ways that put our customers first and makes them promoters of our products and services. Developing & implementing overall warehouse staffing and overall asset planning strategies. Responsible for optimizing space, movement, and material handling based on data and information to drive operational efficiencies. Thriving in a fast-paced environment with a focus on timely, correct results. Prioritizing, forecasting, and scheduling workloads based on company trends and analytics. Being technically and intellectually focused with a great deal of attention devoted to getting results that are timely and accurate. Demanding, critical and exacting results with close follow-up and limited delegation. Making decisions based on careful understanding of all available information; detailed technical knowledge; expertise and serious considerations for all sides of the issue/problem. Business-savvy communication style; you can successfully communicate accurate information and provide all sides of the issue. Creative problem solving and drawing upon your expertise. Delegating the right tasks to the right people. Proactively taking initiative, competitive, driven to get things done, foresees issues before they are a problem, positive response to pressure. Effectively communicate with developers to develop and enhance new and existing information systems. Be able to demonstrate an understanding of API connections and how different information systems successfully speak to each other. Requirements Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business or Engineering (Preferable concentration in Management Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering) Relevant Work Experience: 7+ Years (Preferred), Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt (Preferred), Obtaining ISO certifications (Preferred) MUST be physically present at our King of Prussia, PA headquarters Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 5:30PM EST Salary Description $160,000-$185,000 + Bonus
