Duration: 12-month , C2C Target Rate: $60/hr C2C Visa - USC , GC , GC EADs , H4 , OPT LinkedIn is Must Experience: Mid-Level Job Description: our client is in their search for a Software Engineer to add to their growing team near Indianapolis, Indiana. You will be utilizing C/C++ to develop and maintain the real-time software of the CNC machines and tools. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer or electrical engineering or computer science, or related field. Proficient in real-time software development. Manufacturing experience Proficient in C/C++ software development. Visual Studio or Azure Devops Team player with capability to work independently. Experience in motion control and servo system is a plus. Experience in embedded system design and development is a plus. Responsibilities: Participate in designing, developing, and maintaining real-time software subsystems for CNC machine tools Interface the real-time subsystem with other subsystems, such as a User Interface and a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Investigate customer problem reports.
