AND RESPONSIBILITIES Examine and verify titles Examine title reports from outside abstractors Create and understand title commitments along with other title deliverables Prioritize daily work to ensure client SLA's are met for each metric assigned during the title process Assists in processing files with a high degree of quality Order search products and tax certifications Review and interpret reports and/or queues to manage workload Validate information by comparing it to source documents and data Compare data and documents returned with search requirements and manually obtain missing elements Confirm, corroborate, and remove unnecessary data, or combine data from several sources Manually rekey any errors Handle rush requests and communicate order status with other departments in the company Retain detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress File information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems Check completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final product Audit reports and sheets of data Cross train and support other departments as needed QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Strong familiarity with data entry Knowledge or strong interest in title escrow Demonstrated typing accuracy Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request 1+ years of related experience Experience utilizing ResWare or similar title software preferred. PREFERRED SKILLS Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely present issues, ideas and recommendations in verbal, written and presentation formats. Highly motivated, inquisitive, self-started with the ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, ability to produce at high volume and capacity to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Capable of generating a high degree of respect and trust to develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners across all levels of stakeholders.
