Position Summary The HR Experience Strategist Director position is responsible for the employee experience, including fostering engagement and increasing productivity that will reduce employee turnover and increase employee morale and productivity. This position drives organizational strategy and culture by improving the employee's overall work experience. As the HR Experience Strategist Director, this position will lead, plan, develop, and direct the employee experience for all positions in our Child Development Department. This position will report to the Chief of the Human Resources Department. Education & Certification Requirements •Bachelor's degree required. A degree in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational psychology, or related business degree preferred, Master's degree highly desired. Experience & Training Requirements •5+ years developing and leading training efforts, with direct experience creating learning programs and facilitating leadership workshops. •Knowledge of adult learning principles to deliver manager or leadership development programs and workshops. •Experience leveraging technology to curate and deliver high-impact learning. •Experience in full-lifecycle employee recruitment. •Strong content development experience and a deep understanding of learning methodologies. •5-7 years of organizational effectiveness experience with increased responsibility levels and a successful track record of effectively solving business challenges. •Experience as an external or internal consultant is highly desired. •Excellent program, project, and process management skills (complexity, high degree of risk, resource management). •Advanced facilitation skills, experience in group dynamics, and effective workshop design. •Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. Provide insightful and impactful consultation to organizational leaders, ensuring that HR solutions are effective and enhance the organization's culture. 2. Cultivate a positive employee experience with a strong emphasis on customer service, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes effective performance and continuous improvement. 3. Ensure strict compliance with HR legal and regulatory standards. 4. Lead change management initiatives and foster a culture of adaptability throughout the organization, encouraging the adoption of tools and technologies to improve the efficiency of HR solutions. 5. Collaborate with the VP of Human Resources to onboard new hires. 6. Build and nurture relationships with employees and leadership. 7. Provide prompt and excellent customer service to hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate experience. 8. Develop and execute strategies that facilitate organizational change. 9. Spearheaded initiatives on behalf of the organization and the Human Resources department. 10. Create and implement effective HR strategies and best practices to support employee success in their roles. 11. Carry out projects individually and as part of a team as assigned. 12. Continuously review processes to identify improvements in HR service delivery. 13. Coordinate with the Senior HR Manager to ensure a smooth and meaningful onboarding experience for new employees. 14. Identify and address gaps in organizational capabilities to formulate and implement a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy. 15. Design and facilitate learning programs that promote employee development through HR initiatives. 16. Cultivate a learning community of leaders within the organization. 17. Create leadership programs and develop materials that support professional growth. 18. Employ a data-driven approach to assess and meet the needs of HR services. 19. Develop detailed, high-level organizational and transformational strategies. 20. Perform other related duties as assigned.
