Last November, we introduced in-app shopping on Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat for customers in the United States ( This year, we shift gears as we expand our program to TikTok and new Amazon businesses. As a Marketing Manager II on our team, you play a critical role in enabling our customers to tap into the value of their Amazon membership on social media, watching videos, in LLM chats, and beyond. In addition to the basic and preferred qualifications below: Your creative and business writing skills are off the chain; writing is a uniquely important skill at Amazon and you aim to be the standard You enjoy getting hands on in everything; you're as comfortable in Excel as you are in Tableau. First and foremost, you're a doer You have experience working with cross-functional teams You have a strong track record of influencing others Key job responsibilities In this role, you will help define and execute on the marketing strategy for in-app shopping; you will help define channel strategies, execute well-structured tests, roll out ad campaigns, and optimize performance over time against a clear set of performance goals. You will rely on your deep understanding of the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities, often in close collaboration with third-party counterparts. To bring our unique vision to life, you will independently drive partnerships with cross-functional peers and stakeholders across Amazon. Basic Qualifications 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels Preferred Qualifications Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs Experience working in Meta/Snap/TikTok Business Manager Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
