Location: 127 Public Square - Cleveland, Ohio 44114 As a member of the Corporate Strategy team, the Senior Corporate Strategy Analyst will work closely with other Corporate Strategy members, Executives, and Business Leaders across KeyCorp in strategydevelopment/strategicplanning activities and M&A transaction identification, evaluation, and execution. The Senior Corporate Strategy Analyst will partner with the Corporate Strategy Analysts and Lead Analysts of the Corporate Strategy team to support the strategy and business development needs of KeyCorp and all of its principal business units. Success criteria include: Demonstrated understanding of KeyCorp and its various business units, including ability to offer proactive, insightful thinking regarding strategy and M&A opportunities to the Company's business leadership; Ability to analyze and synthesize internal and external data to provide competitive intelligence and benchmarking to KeyCorp executives. Strong analytical and business acumen with solid communication andrelationship-buildingskills and the ability to work across the breadth of KeyCorp -- horizontally and vertically; Transaction-oriented skillset, including ability to lead internal M&A modeling, diligence, and execution activities.
