What you'll do Enter and pay invoices in QuickBooks Monitor/Track employee time Handle incoming calls, emails and customer service inquiries Communicate with customers , insurance adjusters and technicians Call and generate leads that develop into new customers Qualifications Body Shop experience a plus but not required High school diploma or GED required
