Position Highlights : Center-Based Locations and In-Home Services : Work with clients in a variety of settings, including our state-of-the-art centers and in the comfort of their homes. Full-Day Time Service Hours : As an approved Early Intervention Autism provider, opportunities for full-day service hours are available. Children ages range from 18 months through adolescents. Responsibilities : Oversee a caseload of children, responsible for all aspects of clinical programming to ensure effective progress. Provide parent support and training to empower families in understanding and implementing behavior plans. Supervise, train and support Behavior Therapists and RBTs, ensuring competent skills and treatment fidelity. Foster a positive and supportive environment to ensure staff satisfaction and client success. Completing documentation (e.g., initial reports, treatment notes, progress reports, etc.) in a timely manner using a designated electronic medical records system.
