About the job Director Revenue Finance Hybrid Comp: $165K-$185K Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Controller to join our finance team. This role will be responsible for overseeing Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Government Pricing, and Gross-to-Net (GTN) processes, ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting, and compliance within the commercial sector of the business. Key Responsibilities: Lead the FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support commercial operations. Develop and maintain Gross-to-Net (GTN) models, providing insights on pricing, rebates, and discounts across product portfolios. Manage Government Pricing compliance, ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations, including pricing calculations and submission. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to drive strategic decision-making and business growth. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, analyzing trends, risks, and opportunities to present to senior leadership. Monitor and control commercial spending, ensuring financial discipline and alignment with overall company goals. Provide guidance and support on pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and revenue management. Lead process improvement initiatives within the commercial finance function to streamline operations and enhance accuracy. Act as the key finance business partner to commercial leadership, offering strategic advice and financial insights. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. 7+ years of experience in FP&A, Gross-to-Net, and Government Pricing roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Strong understanding of commercial finance processes, pricing strategies, and compliance regulations. Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis. Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with ERP systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
