Global Content Creator Title: Sr. Associate, Global Content Creator Reports to: Global Campaign Content Director Position Overview: The candidate will work within the Global Campaigns & Programs Center of Excellence supporting content creation for awareness and demand generation marketing campaigns and programs. This role is responsible for creating thoughtful, well-written, compelling and on-brand content for a diverse audience of industry professionals. This person will be responsible for researching, creating, editing and optimizing content for a wide variety of channels that showcases our expertise in the commercial real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the commercial real estate market, trends and industry dynamics. They will possess exceptional writing skills and the ability to transform complex concepts into clear and concise content that resonates with our target audience. They will also be proficient in a myriad of content creation tools for graphic design, video editing, digital publishing and more. The content creator will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence, engaging our audience and driving lead generation efforts. Position located in Chicago Responsibilities: Research industry trends, market data and property types to develop a comprehensive understanding of the commercial real estate landscape. Create high-quality, SEO-friendly content including website pages, social media, emails, whitepapers, ebooks, client stories, videos, infographics, podcasts, advertisements, thought leadership, landing pages and more. Collaborate with subject matter experts, marketing team members, and stakeholders to develop content that aligns with business goals. Write compelling and informative articles, thought leadership pieces, and market insights that position our company as a trusted source of industry knowledge and expertise. Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, style consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. Optimize content for search engines, utilizing relevant keywords, meta tags, and other SEO best practices. Stay up to date with industry news, emerging trends, and competitor activities to identify content opportunities and stay ahead of the curve. Monitor analytics and performance metrics to measure content effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Skills: Minimum of two years of experience as a content writer/creator Strong portfolio of content samples demonstrating expertise in B2B content. Exceptional interviewing, writing, editing and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail. Proficient understanding of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research. Ability to work under the direction of Content Strategists, managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines. Knowledge of emerging trends in digital marketing, content marketing, and social media platforms as well as best practices and requirements for supporting inbound and outbound content distribution channels. Proficient understanding of content production tools including (but not limited to) LLMs, Copy AI, Descript, Canva, Final Cut Pro X and more. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
