Omnichannel marketing amplifies our brand's strategies and marries them with each customer's strategic priorities to ultimately develop insight-driven programming to drive profitable sales and household penetration of our strategic brands. The Account Manager-Omnichannel is responsible for developing insights for brands and retailers, working with the agencies to develop insight-based programs and sell-in the programs with the Customer Account Leaders. The associate will be responsible for creating best-in-class, shopper-centric activations grounded in consumer, shopper, and retail insights. This position will collaborate cross-functionally with Category Management, Customer teams, sales, Brand Marketing, Finance, World Class Branding Center, and the omnichannel marketing agency. Key Job Responsibilities: Analyze various shopper and consumer research, data, and insight tools to develop high value omnichannel marketing solutions and programs for our customers that support each customer and brand's marketing strategy. Manage account-specific omnichannel search and display programs from inception to implementation through collaboration with customers, sales, brand marketing, agency, and other cross functional leaders to ensure the strategy is executed at the customer level. Understand retail strategies and trends to identify key opportunities for customers. Partner with brand and customer teams to develop comprehensive omnichannel plans that achieve household penetration, velocity, and merchandising goals to ultimately drive brand equity and category growth. Develop strong, collaborative partnerships with assigned customer marketing contacts, leading co-creation sessions to recommend future strategy through omnichannel insights. In partnership with the sales team, lead development, implementation, and execution of the omnichannel strategy through planning and budgeting with key stakeholders. Monitor and analyze program performance metrics and effectively communicate key findings of programs to sales and other cross-functional teams, proactively addressing gaps and turning analysis into action to help grow the business. Actively operate budget at customer and brand level for each assigned customer and ensure proper invoicing and reconciliation throughout the life of the program spend. Manage the development of promotional materials with internal teams and ensure proper execution at customer such as creative implementation for customer-specific programs/events. Proactively act as a champion of the Omnichannel Team and build organizational energy, understanding and enthusiasm behind the power and capabilities of Omnichannel Marketing. Be responsible for eCommerce commercial sales & retailer engagement at key growth customers and their banners. Full ownership of Cus omer Omnichannel P&L while achieving positive ROI levels. Focus on optimizing Go-To-Market (GTM) for retailer, business planning, Terms & Conditions negotiation and JBP engagement. Be proficient with tools & technology to win in Omnichannel: Fully vested in the latest tools & technology in the space including but not limited to Search, Navigation, Ratings & Reviews, Taxonomy, In-Store Activations etc. to drive key KPIs. Leads the implementation of all corrective actions with customer. Collaborate with Omnichannel Marketing Lead and Analytics leads to increase conversion. Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams. Organized: Possesses strong Project Management skills and can juggle multiple projects. Qualities you should have: *TEAM PLAYER 5+ years of Account Management experience. Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit. Ability and willingness to travel up to 20%. Results Oriented. Intellectual curiosity. Education and Work History: 2+ years of prior Brand, Shopper and/or e-Commerce Marketing experience. Retail Media Network & Paid Search experience a strong plus. An undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business or Economics or equivalent work experience, MBA a strong plus. Experience with IRI/Nielsen preferred.
