Quality Control Manager

Job Title: Quality Control Manager Location: Kutztown, PA Type: Direct Hire Schedule/Shift: Monday-Friday6 AM to 2:30 PM Start: Immediate Responsibilities: Tests and inspects products at various stages of production process and compiles and evaluates statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products by performing the following duties. Interprets engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, or formulas and confers with management or engineering staff to determine quality and reliability standards Maintains all required QC documentation in addition to any other state or customer required documentation Manages department to complete all product inspection documentation and record keeping Ordering of materials; cement, sand, stone Schedule personnel for workload and to meet customer demands Train new department employees as necessary, including batch plant operations and QC tech position requirements. Requirements: Ability to perform mathematical calculations required for quality testing and analysis per applicable ASTM, NPCA and ACI requirements. Current driver's license.
