Lead Financial Analyst

As a Lead Project Analyst - You'll play a critical role in supporting our financial operations. You'll be responsible for preparing comprehensive financial reports for our growing portfolio assets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting: Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, including debt service coverage ratios, for assigned projects. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, such as investors and auditors. Financial Analysis: Oversee analytical reviews of project performance and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders. Compliance: Ensure adherence to debt covenants and accounting standards. Ad-Hoc Projects: Support ad-hoc requests and special projects as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field. CPA preferred 5+ years of experience with financial reporting, consolidations, and limited liability or 3 years of public accounting experience. Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP. Experience with financial applications (e.g., OneStream, Cubes) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
