The Sr Associate Product Manager will report to the Sr. Product Manager . RESPONSIBILITIES Provide analysis of and recommendations relating to product offerings, pricing, targets, and results Prepare and deliver ongoing business updates and reports, including monthly and quarterly business reviews, reporting to senior marketing and leadership Understand the competitive landscape and provide action plans to address threats Supports product forecasting for portfolio in conjunction with cross functions to improve accuracy Assist the Sr Product Manager in the development of short-term and long-term business plans designed to drive and/or sustain product line health, including product, portfolio, and pricing Participate in business case development, financial forecasting, supply chain, pricing, P&L structure, and recommended execution Build, shape & deliver new propositions, partnering with respective functional experts. Provide strategic and tactical coordination with Marketing Excellence, EComm, Culinary, Graphics, Legal, Consumer Insights, Sales, Finance, Procurement and Supply Work Autonomously and take ownership for continued skill development REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or related field Minimum of 3 years demonstrated relevant skills and results in consumer-packaged goods marketing or closely related field Expertise in syndicated databases, market research, business and brand planning, advertising, finance, promotional activities and consumer communications Strong project leadership experience with ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects Sound understanding of concepts, principles and practices in Marketing (functional expert) and a basic knowledge in other areas including Sales, Finance and Supply Chain In-depth understanding of how own area integrates with other Marketing areas and with other functional areas such as Sales Deep understanding of the industry sector and competitive landscape Developed communication and diplomacy skills required to guide, influence, and convince others (internal and external); often customer-facing; interactions with senior leadership.
