About the Role LendingClub Bank's Marketplace Platforms team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced analyst to support institutional trading and the operation of our electronic trading platform (LCX). This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless trade execution and delivering an exceptional client experience, while collaborating across teams to continuously enhance platform functionality. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, analytically minded, and tech-savvy professional who excels at communication and thrives in a dynamic environment. What You'll Do Conduct timely and accurate trades for institutional investors including secondary market sales, securitizations, client-to-client sales, and other ad-hoc transactions Monitor trading activities to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Capital Markets, Legal, and Ops to execute transactions and other marketplace initiatives Partner with technology teams to create new platform features and enhance functionality to drive automation and operational efficiency Build and maintain dashboards to track key operating metrics Uphold risk controls by maintaining comprehensive records of trading activity for audit processes and to ensure regulatory compliance Educate and provide ongoing support to LCX investors by addressing technical issues, participating in sales calls, and resolving trading-related concerns About You 3 -5 years of experience in operations at a financial institution or a related role; background in trading and/or fintech highly preferred Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, data science, or a related field; or equivalent work experience Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Proven ability to leverage technology and champion operational efficiency and automation projects Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience in working with data Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy Experience with audit processes and risk management in a financial setting General knowledge and understanding of financial products and terminology Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis Intermediate proficiency in Excel Familiarity with APIs; experience troubleshooting and resolving API integration issues is a plus Experience with Tableau is a plus Work Location San Francisco We are currently working a hybrid schedule and our teams are in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Compensation The target base salary range for this position is 100,000-120,000. The position is also eligible to receive a bonus (which is based on company performance, employee performance and eligible earnings), equity , and benefits.
