Overview Reporting to the Regional Strategy / Innovation/ Culture Lead, you'll work hand in hand with the wider LATCANZ (LATAM + CANADA + AUS/NZ) Strategy & Planning team, partnering daily with LOCAL MARKETS, Analytics and Operations teams establishing media objectives and strategies for the client, ensuring regional consistency. Responsibilities Collaboration with local market teams to integrate local culture and innovation. Work with senior positions to establish media objectives, plans, and troubleshooting. Explore alternative media solutions with an original point of view. You'll demonstrate strategic thinking and creativity. Aggregation and reapplication of Learnings (MMM Studies & Formation of playbooks). Development of local tactical plans (With local market Comms Planning Teams (BR, CA, MX, OLA, AU/NZ) Flex responsibility for specific local market knowledge and Film release types (Brand/Global, Local) Responsible to collaborate in writing campaign Strategy Narratives with regional client team to brief local market comms plans and execution. Apply your media planning skills and deep analysis to rationalize and measure your propose media decisions. Know the ins and outs of the plan and strategy to answer questions that may arise. Be a main point of regional client contact, versed on and managing day-to-day responsibilities to ensure that all is running smoothly. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 7 years of media planning experience; best if coming from a media agency. Proven skills in analytical and strategic thinking, project management, presenting, communication, and digital activation Clear understanding of the media process and digital landscape Ability to make operational and investment recommendations and decisions Media, syndicated research, and proprietary analytics (Latin American and Canadian) tools experience Bilingual - English (mandatory) and Spanish Action-oriented - ability to identify issues and solutions as well as anticipate consequences Ability to work independently or as part of a team, to delegate and manage the workloads of others Must love close relationships with clients and be able to identify and run towards the future and not simply deliver "the ask". #LI-KW1 This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
