Your key responsibilities Advise and provide clients with strategic recommendations on Financial Risk Management issues facing the financial services sector, focusing on the identification, measurement, and management of regulatory capital. Consistently deliver quality client services. Demonstrate technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Cultivate business development opportunities. You'll spend most of your time leading and teaming with capital management, stress testing and industry professionals to develop and deliver a wide range of capital planning and management strategies and solutions including but not limited to providing strategic and tactical advice on the implementation of strategic processes and business-as-usual enhancements as well as legislative and regulatory requirements such as, Comprehensive Capital Adequacy and Review (CCAR), Recovery and Resolution Planning (RRP), Basel regulatory capital including Basel 3 End Game (B3E) and other capital management activities. Skills and attributes for success Structuring and planning projects in the capital management, stress testing, and planning space across a broad range of areas, including, CCAR, RRP, B3E, regulatory capital, and other capital management and stress testing activities Developing technical capabilities in a wide range of capital management and stress testing disciplines Conducting field work, project management, and developing high-quality work products within expected timeframes Managing project risk and effectively communicating with engagement leaders and key stakeholders regarding status, issues and key priorities to achieve expected outcomes Understanding clients' unique ambitions and needs and referring them to colleagues in other teams and areas to broaden our business relationships Leading and managing a team of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds Providing constructive feedback and coaching to team members, and fostering an innovative and inclusive, team-oriented work environment Playing an active role in coaching and mentoring associates within the organization Cultivating and maintaining client relationships Demonstrating teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members, and staying abreast of industry trends relevant to client's business To qualify for the role you must have Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, engineering or a related discipline and more than 5 years of related/relevant work experience; an MBA or Master's degree in finance, economics, accounting, management or a related field and 2 years of work experience in the Financial Services industry Relevant experience in the financial services industry with either internal consulting organization, or within front office or risk office functions or related areas at leading financial services institutions, or a consulting firm in the following areas: Corporate Treasury Capital Planning and Management Corporate stress testing support functions Financial planning and analysis, Treasury operations, ALM/balance sheet management Regulatory / Product / Financial Control functions The flexibility to constantly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Advanced project management and client service skills Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into value add solutions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent leadership and teaming skills A willingness to travel to meet client needs. What we offer We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $117,300 to $215,100. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $140,800 to $244,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
