We are currently seeking applicants who are interested in being considered for our upcoming summer internship program as potential Marketing Operations Interns! Who should apply? Applications are accepted from college students currently enrolled at an accredited college or university to pursue a four-year degree or to complete a master's degree program full-time A four-year degree student should be completing sophomore, junior, or senior year (graduating in spring 2025 thru spring 2027) A minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 is is highly preferred About the Internship: The internship includes orientation to the company and the insurance industry through: A variety of challenging assignments in a stimulating work environment A personal mentor A variety of educational, social and community service events with other interns Social events and other networking activities with senior leaders including the CEO Relocation assistance may be available to those who qualify We have multiple talent programs and initiatives focused on attracting underrepresented students for internships and other job opportunities here at ERIE Insurance. Duties and Responsibilities As a Marketing Operations Intern, you will: Learn and support marketing technology-related functions such as the marketing software platform and the social media platform. Experience all phases of project management. Research new marketing tools and capabilities. Work with end users to understand needs and opportunities to improve. Contribute to and support marketing campaigns/programs. Contribute to and support analytics dashboards and reporting efforts that help measure the success of marketing programs and platforms. Contribute to process improvements across Marketing. Learn about the various functions across a corporate marketing department, including but not limited to: product marketing, digital marketing, social, web and print design, media production, communication and promotions. Learn about the insurance industry and various business functions outside of the marketing department. Learn Agile methodology and contribute to Agile ways of working and operation rhythms on the Marketing team.
