The People Team is a remote team distributed across the US, Mexico and Poland. The Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional HR Manager, Fulfillment to join our . As the Regional HR Manager for our Fulfillment Center operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of human resources functions within your region. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement HR strategies that align with our company's objectives while fostering a positive workplace culture. With our dispersed team across 12+ total fulfillment centers you will be exposed to a broad range of People and culture activities and will work closely with specialists in the wider People department on things like recruitment, compensation, people-focused policies etc. Textbook HR solutions won't always work for our , so you should have a growth mindset with the ability to think outside of typical HR ways of working to find solutions. As a key part of the People department, you should also have the ability to build relationships and rapport quickly. What You'll Do: Works in conjunction with the Senior Regional Operations Director, local FC Directors, and local Operations Managers to establish strategy for communicating and executing HR initiatives to maximize operational efficiencies. Support 500+ employees across the region (Primarily Ohio and Utah locations) Lead a team of full-time and seasonal HR Generalists. Design and drive employee relations strategy with a focus on labor relations management and a positive employee relations culture where employee voices and concerns are heard. Develop proactive employee relations processes to identify employee concerns and challenges to decrease reactive Ensure compliance with all employment and labor laws Coach Directors, Managers, and Supervisors and direct reports on People related issues Support onboarding, training, and development programs for your region's local fulfillment centers Consult with senior leadership and delivers solutions for organizational development, effectiveness, and change management. Partner with People Operations to communicate yearly initiatives to employees like open enrollment, policy updates, system changes, etc. Identify sustainable ways to reward and recognize our employees in each of our facilities Work alongside Talent Acquisition to develop and lead strategic staffing planning and recruiting for all management and hourly positions in partnership with senior building leadership Identify improvements needed in areas like recruiting, onboarding, and development programs and partners with People and Operations leaders to execute them Support leaders in thinking through org design and succession planning in each building Lead bonus and year-end review processes with the leaders you support Work with the broader People Team to think through long term projects or initiatives to support the FaaS organization Who You Are: 7-10 years of experience in People/HR related field 5+ years' experience working with fulfillment/warehouse populations. Experience working with hourly workforce. Strong employee relations experience Willing to travel to fulfillment centers within designated region will be required throughout the year. Candidate must be based in the Groveport, Ohio area and willing to work on-site at our fulfillment center most of the week. Remote work is possible, just not the norm. Nice to Haves: Experience with Workday Labor relations knowledge preferred.
