Job Description The Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst plays a key role in supporting the consolidation of budgets and forecasts for Central Functions and Commercial Center of Excellence (CoE) Finance. This position is responsible for developing repeatable reporting and analysis processes, collaborating with various functional leaders, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Location: This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule reporting to one of our offices located in Deerfield, IL, North Olmsted, OH, Maumee, OH, or Oak Creek, WI at least 3 days per week. (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday) Salary: $80,000 - $98,000/year plus bonus What you will be doing: Lead and assist in the preparation and compilation of annual budgets and recurring forecasts for Central Functions, including modeling, time-series analysis, and graphic presentation of financial data. Develop and coordinate reporting and analysis processes for consolidating budgets and monthly forecasts for Central Functions and Commercial CoE Finance. Support monthly and quarterly variance analysis of Central Function performance against budget, forecast, and prior year. Produce accurate and timely financial reports for Central and Commercial Function leadership. Communicate financial results and forecasts to Central Function budget owners in a clear and actionable manner. Complete ad hoc reports or analysis in support of special projects. Qualifications 5+ years of corporate finance experience Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills. Previous experience with financial modeling and proficiency with spreadsheet programs and financial modeling development.
