Financial Planning & Analysis Manager Job Locations US Requisition ID Position Category Finance Clearance No Clearance Required Responsibilities Peraton is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead the financial planning and reporting function for the Cyber Mission Sector. This will be a virtual position with occasional travel to key Peraton locations. The FP&A Manager partners with the Sector Vice President of Finance and organizational leaders to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the Sector's financial reporting. This role requires significant interfacing with Executive leadership and the ability to effectively communicate across functions and organizational layers. The FP&A Manager will not initially have any direct reports. Key Areas of Responsibility and Oversight: Sector Lead for Corporate Financial Planning & Reporting (Revenue, EBIT, Bookings, Backlog, AR) Sector Lead for Balance Sheet Reviews Consolidates and prepares Indirect Rate Reporting Coordinates Sector FPRP process Coordinates Sector Annual Operating Plan Provides oversight of Estimate-at-Complete (EAC) process and ensures compliance with Revenue Recognition standards and procedures Consolidates Sector inputs for Monthly Business Reviews Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree and 10 years of comprehensive financial and administrative experience. A Masters Degree and 8 years of experience will also be considered. Prior experience in Government Contracting Prior experience in Financial Planning or Forecasting Working knowledge of ASC606, GAAP, SoX and other regulatory controls US Citizenship Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Costpoint Experience with PRISM/Hyperion Experience with Firm Fixed Price Contracts Experience with Time and Materials Contracts Experience with Cost Type Contracts Current DoD Security Clearance Knowledge and Skills: Superior ability to provide finance consultation to senior managers within area of expertise. Superior understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis. Excellent project management and prioritization skills. Ability to build partnerships across functions. Excellent communication skills catered to a wide variety of audiences. Target Salary Range $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
