Director of Growth and Strategy Location: CT, MA or RI New Silver is a fintech company with a mission - helping to improve local communities by providing fast, convenient and flexible capital to real estate investors. Join our dynamic team from across the globe and help us lead the charge for real estate investors into the future! YOUR ROLE You will have a key role in our fast-paced organization. Using your previous experience working for a private lender, you will strategize and implement a scale-up of the business. You will work within and across teams to find new marketing opportunities and partnerships, optimize the existing digital marketing strategy, and improve ROI. You will work with the sales team to improve conversions and recommend new sales strategies. You will help improve the product line up, and drive tech innovation. You will report directly to the executive team and be able to get things done without "red tape".
