The Manager Trainee is responsible for assisting the Customer Accounts Department in lease agreement renewal. **Duties and Responsibilities:** + The Acquisition and Maintenance of Customers + Direct immediate contact with customers who have not renewed their Lease agreement(s) + Act as a customer counselor who resells the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments + Clean and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center for all items personally returned + Complete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance sheet and route sheets daily + Document all customer promises and update customer information in the store computer system + Assist with merchandise returns and customer deliveries as directed by the General Manager + Perform responsibilities of the Customer Accounts Manager when directed + Maintain and update customer information in the stores computer system + Safely operate company vehicle + Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle + Other tasks as assigned by management **Required Skills and Competencies:** + Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills + Strong telephone etiquette + Computer operations ability + Good organizational skills + Good driving skills + Position routinely requires lifting, loading, and dollying merchandise 50 300 lbs + Neatly groomed appearance + Satisfactory MVR, D.O.T physical/certification in states that require it, drug screen, criminal background investigation with job performance reference check and required testing, a valid Drivers License and compliance with the Companys Diver Qualification Policy **About Aarons** At Aarons we provide sales and lease-to-ownership specialty items relating to furniture, consumer electronics, home appliances, and accessories through its more than 1,800 Company-operated and franchised stores.
