We focus on creating enduring, quality products with patented next-generation beds for optimal pressure relief, comfort, and support. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant . Kluft & Company in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The Plant Manager will oversee plant operations, production planning, and manufacturing operations on a day-to-day basis to ensure efficiency and quality control. Qualifications Plans and directs production activities and establishes production priorities for products in keeping with effective operations and cost factors. Coordinates production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control activities to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment. Drive continuous improvement, consulting with engineering personnel if needed, relative to modification of machines and equipment workflow to improve production methods and quality of products. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Knowledge of production processes and quality control Excellent communication and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field Seven to ten years' experience in the mattress manufacturing industry is a must Bilingual in Spanish a plus
