**[Sr. Business Development Manager, Small Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (sUAS) [Envision Technology, an innovative business developing and producing advanced electro-optical systems and Small Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (sUAS) for defense and law enforcement applications, is seeking a Sr. Business Development Manager for its sUAS division. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of the overall business development strategy and effort for the recently formed sUAS division, including the execution of the growth plan, business opportunity qualification, and capture strategy. The position requires flexibility to manage multiple projects at multiple locations seamlessly while using acute analytical skills to successfully guide the capture of business opportunities which align with Envision's sUAS strategy. [Requirements:]{new="" roman="" times=""}]{new="" roman="" times=""}]{new="" roman="" times=""}** Assist in developing and certifying sUAS systems for DoD, government, and commercial use. Develop contacts and business relationships with certification agencies for sUAS markets. Execute new business capture efforts, including roadmap development, customer/opportunity identification, and proposal development for all international business. Gather intelligence about the sUAS market areas on which Envision is focused and aid in developing strategy, business capture, and project goals and objectives. Help identify customer needs, budget allocations, market size, and competitive dynamics in order to develop short and long-term business plans. Develop and strengthen key customer relationships; act as the voice of the customer. Interface with internal stakeholders in a fast-paced, multi-discipline environment, including program managers, engineers, and customers. Support proposal and bid activities for both domestic and international business opportunities. [Qualifications: ]{new="" roman="" times=""} Bachelor's degree or 10+years' operational experience, with demonstrated subject matter experience in sUAS/drone operations, program management, and/or requirements generation. Understanding of DoD requirements, certifications, and authorizations necessary for testing, flight, and operational use of sUAS. Experience with system expectations in a military environment and/or challenging commercial environments. In-depth knowledge of the sUAS/drone market for defense and law enforcement, including key customers and competitive landscape. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to interact with customers, suppliers, and other external personnel. Understanding and ability to capture new sUAS/drone business and cultivate customer relationships on behalf of the company. Knowledge of domestic and international customers procurement processes and International Traffic and Arms Regulations (ITAR) is a plus.
