Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Housing Assistance Corp. has an opening for a maintenance technician. This position will provide general maintenance for our 17 residential units, shelter facilities and scattered-site shelter units, and office locations. Duties may include minor plumbing and electrical repairs, wall patching, painting, light custodial work, and assembly of furniture. Must have the ability to multi- task, lift up to 50 pounds, have a valid driver's license, vehicle, and tools. Also need to be comfortable on a ladder and with email and work order systems. Must be available for nights and weekends for on-call schedule and emergencies. Strongly prefer a LICENSED plumber, electrician, or a Construction Supervisor license helpful.
