Registered Medication Aide/CNA Location: Kendal at Lexington Assisted Living Position: Full-Time; 36 Hours Shift: 12-Hour Shifts, 6 AM - 6 PM, Every Other Weekend Pay: $21.00-$23.19 Based on years of experience About Us: Kendal at Lexington is a vibrant community dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Medication Nursing Assistant/CNA to join our team and contribute to the well-being of our residents. Key Responsibilities: Administer medications to residents in accordance with their care plans and state regulations. Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing staff. Maintain accurate medication administration records. Ensure a safe and clean environment for all residents. Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide holistic care. Qualifications: Valid Medication Aide and CNA license in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Previous experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing quality care.
