All Apartment Maintenance Positions Available Including: Apartment Maintenance Technician (Southwood Acres) Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills Make Ready skills HVAC split system, furnace & boiler experience All facets of apartment repair and maintenance Availability for rotation of on-call emergency maintenance Floating Maintenance Technician (Amherst, Chicopee, Feeding Hills, Sunderland, Westfield, West Springfield) Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills Make Ready skills HVAC split system, furnace & boiler experience All facets of apartment repair and maintenance Availability for rotation of on-call emergency maintenance Floating Residential Remodeler (Amherst, Chicopee, Feeding Hills, Sunderland, Westfield, West Springfield) 3-5 years experience as a carpenter/remodeler with skills in drywall, framing, woodworking, basic plumbing and electrical, interior renovations and painting Experience with countertop fabrication & installation, interior door hanging and trim, cabinet door hanging, suspended ceilings and finishing basements All applicants must have their own tools, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
