Roshal's Ultrasound Technologists perform a variety of routine and emergency ultrasound imaging and other sonographic procedures with minimal supervision, requiring independent judgment. Lead Ultrasound Technologist Job Responsibilities: Demonstrate proficiency in medical diagnostic imaging procedures, including OB, general, and vascular Maintain accurate records, reports, and files, as directed. Document work processes, as required. Assist with conducting new employee orientation and continuous training. Support Zone Manager with site inspections. Dispatch personnel for on-call services during rotation. Communicate pertinent clinical information and ultrasound findings to the radiologist Utilize systems such as PACS systems and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) to obtain or enter appropriate care data. Skills Needed to Succeed: • Able to operate ultrasound equipment. • Maintain quality focus in others and measure critical outcomes. • Learn and use resource management software/tools • Ability to learn and utilize employee document management software/tools • Ability to provide direction and gain compliance • Ability to inspire respect trust in everyday business conduct. • Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively. • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, management, and peers at client facilities. Lead Ultrasound Technologist Requirements: Minimum of three (3) years of ultrasound imaging experience is required. RDMS certification is required. Demonstrate professionalism and effective interpersonal skills in a diverse population. Ability to be self-directed and organized to work independently with minimal direct supervision. Must be up to date on all vaccinations as required for hospital employment and pass any needed health screenings, including drug screening and background check.
